STUDENT PASTOR - ANDREW MELLIES
Andrew is a graduate of the school ministry of Rock of Cape, Eagle Ridge, and is a college graduate of Oral Roberts University. He has been with the church since 2007 in students and administration ministry, as well as coaching and teaching in the school. His wife is Rachel is the children's pastor and they have three kids in Eagle Ridge.
CHILDREN PASTOR - RACHEL MELLIES
Rachel is a graduate of the school ministry of Rock of Cape, Eagle Ridge, and is a college graduate of Oral Roberts University. She has been with the church since 2008 in children's ministry and marketing, as well as fundraising and teaching in the school. Rachel is also the daughter of our senior pastors, Mark and Debbie Carbaugh. 
MEDIA AND TECH - JOSH CARBAUGH
Josh is a 2011 graduate of the school ministry of Rock of Cape, Eagle Ridge, and is a professional media coordinator. He has been with the church since 2021 in media and production, as well as coaching in the school. He is also the son of our senior pastors, Mark and Debbie Carbaugh.
